By utilizing Big Apple Coach Limo, you authorize your credit card to be charged in accordance with Big Apple Coach Limo rates, policies and terms. Services are rendered, non-refundable, whether you enter vehicle or not, when cancellation period is met.

All charges, including gratuities are billed to your credit card/account. Big Apple Coach Limo Chauffeurs do not collect charges in cash. Please be aware if a cash payment is given to Chauffeur, it will be considered as additional gratuity and cannot, by labor law, be recovered from Chauffeur.

All Rates are subject to audit after order completion, to include actual tolls, parking fees, additional stops & time allocated, etc. Hourly jobs are billed the number of hours you ordered the vehicle for, then in ½ hour increments thereafter. Minimum posted number of hours is only the minimum number of hours we will accept an order for, not what you will be billed for.

Locating your Driver: If you cannot locate the driver, immediately call the contact number. We will direct you. Failure to call us will result in you being charged in full as a no-show.

Airport Wait Time: Big Apple Coach Limo provides up to: 15 minutes for Domestic, 30 minutes for International of free wait time on each arrival to deplane & obtain luggage. If you do not meet your Chauffeur or call within the specified time period of landing, we will consider you a no-show & you will be charged in full. We update all flight arrivals if a correct flight number is provided.

Direct Transfers have a 15 minute Grace Period at pick-up (excluding Airport pick-ups.) If you exceed the grace period, wait time is charged in half-hour increments equal to Hourly Rate.

No-Show Policy: You will be considered a no-show at 60 minutes passed the pick-up time. If you have not met your Chauffeur or contacted us by phone, you will be charged in full for the order.

Cancellation Policy: Cancels are accepted by phone only. For all Stretch Limousine and SUVs, the cancellation must be made 24 hours prior pick-up.www.bigapplecoachlimo.com

Service Issues must be reported at occurrence or within 24 hours by phone or email.
